Where do you ship?

Current shipping options include flat rate for the US and Canada. For the US the flat rate is $8, Hawaii $12, and for Canada the flat rate is $18. For a small radius in the Spring, TX area we offer free local delivery.

For my Canadian friends please note any related import fees are the customers responsibility.  

Where do you ship from?

Supreme Crystalline shipments come from Spring, TX (US). If you are local to the greater Houston area, please feel free to send us an email and we can coordinate local pickup and waive shipping.

Note I do not take responsibility for lost/stolen packages. Please contact the carrier indicated in your shipping confirmation to submit claims for lost/stolen packages. 

Do you offer refunds?

No, crystal and mineral specimens are nonrefundable. Each piece is unique, and crystals may contain a range of minerals. The combination and amount of minerals can determine its shape, color, and transparency. We strive to be transparent as possible regarding the individuality of each crystal.

For scenarios where items are damaged in transit, the recipient agrees to promptly notify the seller and also provide all required photos for the seller to submit a claim. Seller may also send a prepaid label to returned damaged items.
